What do we mean by small? Just about every piece of gear that can fit in your backpack. Maybe they are iPhone or iPads or Macbooks. Maybe they are new drones or cameras. Even the studio cables and microphones make the cut.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is call (971) 770-2229 or email us at Gear Distro will take care of you, no matter what. Our most important policy is to take care of our customers.  We'll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy. Our dedication will show by our help.

What if I receive a defective product?

If you believe you've received a defective product, contact us within 1 week of receiving the product at (971) 770-2229 or email us at If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase, we will cover shipping costs within the US to replace the unit for you. For items purchased marked as "used" that malfunction or fail and that haven't been abused or misused, you may return these items within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price or an in-house credit minus the cost of shipping.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, feel free to reach out and we can discuss an alternative product that will meet your needs.

How to Make a Return

We're sorry your purchase didn't work out for you. To make return, please first call us to arrange for an RA (Return Authorization) number. Please follow the below checklist:

  • Please write the RA number on the shipping label and NOT on the product box itself.
  • Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
  • If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed.
  • The product should be packed in the original product box with the UPC codes intact IF it was shipped in its original box.
  • When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue.
  • Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS.
  • We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered. We are not responsible for damages on items returned to us.

While we maintain the most liberal return policy in the industry, there are certain items that cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include:

  • Special orders
  • Software
  • Oversize or overweight items
  • Discontinued products, closeouts, and used product
  • Replacement Speakers and Speaker Parts
  • Used Headphones
  • Turntable cartridges
  • Styli


My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We ship most products with a tracking # so tracking the package shouldn't be a problem. There is always the case though, that packages may get lost with shipping. If this is the case, you must contact the shipping delivery service to rectify the situation.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Most Holidays takes one or two days extra on getting shipment ready. But it really depends on the holiday. We try to ship the product out as soon as we can.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

If your postcode is within the US or Canada we will ship the product. APO or Post Office deliverys we can run into trouble since some gear is too big to be delivered to a Post Office. Also, we do not ship out of the USA/Canada. Sorry.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next Day Air is not an option since it takes 2-3 days for processing and packaging, so it would not go out the same day of the order. Small object go USPS Priority or USPS First Class and can usually be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Most of time there is no signature required on products that cost less than $500 but if over $500 then YES, we will require a signature upon delivery.
